Welcome to our Automated Request for Acord Certificates web page. At this time, only Certificates of Insurance for our Condominium, Townhome or Homeowners Association clients are available via our website. For further assistance please contact us at 508-753-7233 or use our Help Page To request an Acord certificate there are 3 quick steps. 1. Find your Condo Association by entering the first word of your Condo Association Name in the search box. Please note, if the Association title contains the word "THE", please omit entering it. Hit Submit, go to the down arrow to find your Association. 2. Fill in your demographic information for the Certificate on the Certificate Data Form. 3. Submit for processing and print the Certificate displayed on your screen. Please Note: If you have a first and second mortgage, you may need to print one certificate for each mortgage company, if necessary. |
