To request an Acord certificate there are 3 quick steps.

1. Find your account by entering the first three letters of your Company Name in the search box shown below. Hit [Submit], go to the down arrow to find your Name.

2. Complete the information for the Certificate on the Certificate Data Form. 

3. Submit for processing and print the Certificate displayed on your screen.
